We are located at 525 McKean Avenue, Charleroi. There is convenient parking in front of the office or at the parking lot located on the corner of McKean Avenue and Sixth Street (Rego's).

Our hours are Monday - Friday from 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.

We are Monongahela Valley's only full service property management company.  We do not own the properties we rent.  We are acting as an agent for the property owner either with a property management agreement or a find tenant only agreement.   We also provide a lease only service.  Call for details!

Our service area consists of a ten mile radius of our Charleroi office. This area is located in the Monongahela Valley consisting of four counties:

Allegheny, Fayette, Washington and Westmoreland.

Our residential rentals page contains the current list of property available. The properties are listed in alphabetic order by location. Included (as available) are photos and a brief description of the property. Please use http://www.mapquest.com/ for directions to locate the units. If you are unable to locate the property and need additional assistance please call our office.

We find prospective residential tenants:

• single family homes (SFH - Houses)
• apartments (apt-usually over a business)
• duplexes (side by side or up and down)
• triplex (three units one building/house)
• townhouses (one of many side by side units)
• garages (for cars or storage)
• lots (mobile home ground)
• Section eight housing available at owners option
• Pet friendly units available by owners agreement

RESIDENTIAL RENTAL PROCEDURES:

1. A list of all known rentals will be provided to potential tenants by the rental list at our office or posted here listed as Residential Rentals.
2. Before any showings are made the potential tenant or tenants will pay a $35.00 tenant qualification rental application fee. This fee is charged per person over the age of 18 who will be residing in the unit.
3. After the rental application is approved, by management, an appointment will be made with one of our rental agents at a scheduled time.
4. Credit approval could take up to 24 hours.
