We are currently awaiting approval from the Real Estate Commission.  As soon as the inspection is complete we will open our doors.

RESIDENTIAL RENTAL PROCEDURES:

A list of all known rentals will be provided to potential tenants by the rental list at our office or posted here listed as Residential Rentals.

1. Before any showings are made the potential tenant or tenants will pay a $35.00 tenant qualification rental application fee. This fee is charged per person over the age of 18 who will be residing in the unit.
2. After the rental application is approved, by management, an appointment will be made with one of our rental agents at a scheduled time.
3. Credit approval could take up to 24 hours.
