We run a tenant evaluation prior to showing any of the rental units, on anyone who will be residing in the home over the age of 18. The cost of the tenant evaluation check is $25.00 per person. This will include your credit history and a back ground check. If you do not have good credit or if you have no credit you should complete the credit evaluation. Most people we are able to move into a unit with the first months rent and security deposit. In some cases, we are able to rent to tenants by accepting the first, last months rent and a security deposit.
We request you drive by any units you are interested in. Make sure you are interested in a unit first. We ask that you do not get out of your car and that you respect the privacy of the current tenants.
Some of the property owners will allow pets with a $200.00 pet deposit. If you would like to know if your pet is allowed, please contact us with the type of pet you have. We will talk to the owner and get back to you.
If a tenant prospect has been approved by the tenant qualification process and tell us they would like to rent a unit it will be listed as Going... (This means the unit is still available, they have expressed an interest; however, they have not put a security deposit down to hold the unit. You can see this unit and put down a deposit it will be yours.)
If you see Going, Going..... (a tenant has qualified for the unit and has placed the security deposit to hold the unit.)
If you see Going, Going, GONE! (We have signed lease for this property.)
